When you walk into our open gym, you will see that there is more than enough room for both the experienced and newbies alike to work towards a healthier life. Brazos Valley Barbell offers all members the freedom to train the way that they want to without the set times of training only facilities, and without the crowds and wasted space in commercial gyms.

Online Powerlifting Coaching

Online coaching is something special which is not offered as a standard service in most gyms. At Brazos Valley Barbell, many of our members who have worked with one of our coaches in the past, or members who have supreme confidence in their abilities, will be able to enjoy their workout experience from wherever they are without having to make it to BVB physically.

Members who choose online coaching members will receive check-ins and updates on a weekly basis, as well as access to one of our coaches when it comes to strength and conditioning gym programs. As an added safety measure, if you have not worked with any of our coaches in the past, then we will have to put you through an assessment session before placing you in the right programming.

If you have not stepped foot into a gym program before, you may be intimidated. However, our professional gym personal trainers are here to help you with the equipment so that you can get the most out of your experience with us.
