Zack Telander is an experienced and competitive weightlifting coach. Zack has experience coaching Weightlifting, CrossFit, as well as multiple sports at both Texas A&M University and Northwestern University. Coaching options are available remotely as well so that anyone can receive coaching at the level they need to help them succeed.

Remote/Team Coaching

Remote Coaching is available for athletes of all levels looking to perform at their best for weightlifting competitions. Zack handles all the details of training so that you just focus on improving. Team Coaching is for athletes local in College Station. This option provides you with hands-on coaching, multiple times per week with team programming.

Individualized Coaching

Whether you are just getting into weightlifting or you just need a little more guidance to get you going, Zack offers options so that you can get the most out of your time. Intro sessions look at your training history, current movement, and come up with a plan to move forward. Anyone can purchase one on one sessions with Zack to help clean up technique over a period of an hour of hands-on coaching and fix whatever technical errors are holding you back.
