Nowlan was born and raised in Highlands Ranch, Colorado. He married his high school sweetheart in July of 2015 after graduating with a degree in Biochemistry from Augustana College.
When he isn't working remotely for the Texas Education Agency, you can find him scootering around Historic Downtown Bryan or throwing weights around the gym.
We're excited to have him training out of Brazos Valley Barbell and we are thrilled to be a part of his athletic journey.
Nowlan will be traveling to Denver, Colorado, for the American Open Finals in December.
